New housing estate complete in 5 days thanks to Modular construction!

A housing estate in Nottinghamshire is the latest scheme to benefit from Wetherby’s Modular Façade System. The whole process took 5 days with each home made up of two modules; a ground floor and a first floor. In partnership with modular manufacturer ilke Homes, the modules were constructed at their factory in Knaresbough, North Yorkshire, before being delivered ready for the installation.

Wetherby’s Modular Thincoat System offers a lightweight finish and is flexible in nature, making it ideal for application onto off-site construction properties. They can be applied offsite during the manufacture process or on site once the modules are in place, offering versatility to contractors and housing developers.
The flexible anti crack formulation and UV resistant pigments allow for areas to be seamlessly rendered with perfect colour consistency.
