| – WBS Brick Effect Render is a polymer modified render applied in two coats; the coloured top-coat cut through to expose the underlying ‘mortar’ colour. |
| – WBS Brick Render incorporates silicone technology, which gives a higher degree of water repellence to the render surface than traditional sand and cement render. |
| – Vapour permeable – allows moisture to pass through the brick effect render allowing the substrate to breathe. |
| – Water repellent properties. |
| – Low maintenance. |
| – Available in a range of top-coat and mortar colours. |
