Bluebell Hotel & Inn

Located in the heart of Neath and within walking distance of the town’s key amenities and attractions, this luxury boutique hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the stunning Neath Valleys, with its many scenic walks and celebrated waterfalls.

Due to its popularity, the hotel was refurbished and an extension added to create additional guest rooms and the extension was built using timber frame and blockwork.

To help blend the extension with the original building, a Wetherby basecoat was applied to the blockwork of the extension and also to the original substrate of the existing building, into which an alkali resistant strengthening mesh was bedded. Once the basecoat was dry a layer of Wetherby 1.5mm Silicone ‘K’ was applied in a cream colour to the ground floor and striking white to the upper floors to give a modern seamless finish to the new façade.
