Cole Gardens Rooftop

Cole Gardens, in Hounslow was previously five, three blocks of flats, however they have now been transformed with the clever erection of an upward extension to create an extra fourth floor. The additional floor with hipped roof will provide 12 two-bedroom units. A fantastic solution in helping to ease the housing shortage, especially in cities.

Main Contractor, United Living managed the construction and application of the Wetherby system, comprising 60mm-160mm Stone Wool Insulation and Real Clay Brick Slips. The client wanted to achieve a seamless look to the building, without changing the full façade. Brick slips in colour 764 Grey Multi Waterstruck were chosen as the best match blend in with the existing façade. Four Seasons Premium Silicone Render was also used to create band details to match the floors below.
