Wetherby Fishamania!

Wetherby invited a number of E.ON personnel and subcontractors involved in a number of the current Wetherby/E.ON contracts to a fishing match on Friday 14th June, at the Cudmore Fisheries, Staffordshire.

10 Anglers took to the water for a 6.5 hour match, with the competitor catching the most weight taking overall first place.

After a particularly slow start, (in the pouring rain) the finalists on the day were:

1st Place:    Paul Kirby – (Wetherby) – 35lb
2nd Place:  Steve Onions – (E.ON) – 20lb
3rd Place:   Ken Ireland – (Wetherby) – 19lb
