Wetherby Compete in Charity Go Karting Event

Wetherby Building Systems are proud to have recently taken part in an exhilarating charity Go Kart event at Buckmore Park in Kent.

The fantastic event was organised by Lawtech Group Ltd and was set up to raise funds for Great Ormond Street Hospital and Lawtech Community Regeneration Projects.

The event proved to be a great success with 17 (competitive) teams fighting it out in a 2 hour endurance race.  A silent auction was also set up for the teams to bid for their grid positions’, meaning the competition was on!

The event raised an impressive £8,852.39 in total with £5,000.00 going towards Great Ormond Street Hospital and the remaining £3,852.39 going towards Lawtech’s Community Regeneration Projects.

Everyone agreed this was a fantastic event with great fun had by all.  A tremendous Well Done and
