Our Enhanced Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Silicone Render System is designed to be securely fixed directly to a masonry substrate. This thin coat external wall insulation system boasts outstanding weathering, flexibility and crack-resistant properties.
It can be applied externally using mechanical fixings with supplementary adhesive where required. Wetherby Building Systems Enhanced EPS boards are available in a broad range of thicknesses (from 20mm to 400mm – going up in 10mm increments).
The silicone render is available in a wide range of colours, making it an ideal choice for designers seeking durability and aesthetic flexibility.

The Wetherby Enhanced EPS Silicone Render System is 1 of 7 Wetherby Ofgem approved innovation systems which is eligible for a 25% uplift in funding. The Wetherby innovation systems involves an enhanced specification using stainless steel beads and fixings, following a 60 year life expectancy methodology. The system is then periodically inspected by Measure check (independent company) providing clients with reports on the systems condition and allowing extended warranties to be applied for.
