Steel Frame Stone Wool Silicone Render System
The Wetherby Direct Fix Steel Frame System has been developed to allow the installation of A-rated Wetherby systems to a sheathed steel frame substrate. The direct fix application allows the system to be directly mechanically fixed with adhesive (where required) removing the need for a cavity and the cavity fire-stopping behind the A1 Stone Wool insulation. Suitable for use on a variety of project types such as schools, student accommodation and high-rise reclad projects, the system has proven incredibly popular since its launch in 2022.
Our A2-s1,d0 Stone Wool Silicone Render EWI system delivers durability, energy efficiency, and aesthetics. Engineered for the UK climate, it features Wetherby Silicone Render 4S for seamless integration with stone wool insulation, ensuring breathability and performance. Combining stone wool’s insulation with silicone’s weatherproofing, Wetherby sets a sustainable construction standard.*
