Recladding

Following the Grenfell Tragedy, guidelines have been changed to ensure safe systems are installed on to High Rise buildings. In some cases, strip offs are required with the need to reclad with suitable, safe and robust systems.

Unlike low rise dwellings, the system at height is subject to a considerable amount of wind suction pressure and great care must be taken to ensure the system can withstand these pressures and remain adhered and watertight.

A1 Fireproof Brick Slip & Render Systems

Wetherby are constantly developing new innovative systems and with the large requirement for external systems that perform well with Fire, it made sense for us to add more fire proof systems to the portfolio. Wetherby now offer A1 Brick Slip options alongside the original A1 Render system.
