Timber Frame Carrier Board Acrylic Brick Slip System
Wetherby Carrier Boards are primarily designed to provide timber frame structures with a rendered or brick finish where U-values are already achieved within the framed substrate. The A1 Wetherby Carrier Board can be fixed to either metal Wetherby cavity rails or timber battens to create a protective cavity behind the non-combustible board.
Carrier board systems provide a high impact, durable and aesthetically pleasing façade whilst taking up minimal space, using the minimum 15mm Wetherby Cavity Rail means the full system is less than 40mm in depth.
The Acrylic Brick Slip Carrier Board system achieves an A2-s1,d0 fire rating to BS EN 13501-1, allowing installation to projects of any height. The unique Wetherby RagRail is available in multiple sizes and helps to simplify installation, ensuring exceptional flexibility in design options.
