A project to create 23 new homes on a disused vinery site sporting a Wetherby Building Systems is ahead of schedule.
The Guernsey Housing Association project has seen R.G.Falla working near the king Edward VII Hospital.
The timber framed properties are being installed with a Wetherby insulated render system, directly fixed with EpsiTherm insulation and silicone render.
GHA chief executive Steve Williams said he was pleased with the progress on the houses and flats, commenting;
‘Construction has gone very well with many houses externally complete ahead of schedule.’
‘The dry weather has helped the contractor make good progress and the whole development is due to be complete by end of November 2017 with some of the properties to be completed before this time, in phases.’
The land was previously owned by the Le Noury family and the new road is being called Clos Le Noury.
